Good questions
Searching, browsing and applying to adopt are free. You only pay when you book a service, and businesses pay us to be listed — never you.
Your card is saved when you send the request, but nothing is taken until the business accepts. If they decline, or don’t reply within two days, the request is cancelled and you’re charged nothing.
No — which is why Adopt is a separate part of the site. There’s no price and no checkout. You send an application, the charity reviews it and gets in touch.
Businesses choose a membership plan, which sets how many listings you can have. Selling a single pet is different — you pay a one-off fee for that advert, with no membership. Charities list for free.
Every listing has a "Report this listing" link, and you don’t need an account to use it. Reports go straight to our team.
